Why are you interested in SPM? (Porqué esta interesado en GDS?)

I am interested to find out ways to integrate SPM in our MFI daily operations in order to enhance the clients experience.

I moved back to Haiti in 2006 after attending university in Canada and the US and working in the US in education. I worked as a quality manager in a bottling plant but wanted to have an activity that would impact and improve the country. I then spent 2 years in a local NGO and decided that microfinance was more of a fit for me since it empowered people to work themselves out of their situation.
