You can not prevent overindebtednes on supply side only.  The market have two sides: Supply side needs better credit appraisal and demand side needs financial education to avoid over indebtedness.i.e. after the "best" loan officer of the world makes the "perfect" loan appraisal, noone can avoid that the client get a new loan with another lender.  Overindebtedness need "self control" from people - education/financial literacy!See More
