the mission is to make the promotion of sustainable development in Africa and reduce poverty .

Why are you interested in SPM? (Porqué esta interesado en GDS?)

Realizing SPM of projects is very important in terms of achievement of mission statement even if most of business models are runned for financial purpose for sustainability.
I think that tackling poverty needs to some extent to implement a social performance management in order to know exactly what should be done accordingly to the mission and objectives.

What's your story? (Tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got here!) (Díganos su historia - háblenos un poco de Ud. y cómo llegó aquí)

My story is simple. I have been involved in fundraising jobs with Doctors without Borders and Oxfam in Belguim and i discovered the importance of microfinance as a tool enabling people in developing countries to participate in their well being.
Through my little charity CEPRODD i raised funds for an organisation in Burkina Faso (SOS Filles mères) and the next step after completing my master in european microfinance program, is to be involved mainly in developing countries in microfinance and participate in social performance management in order to help institutions achieve the double bottom lines and why not the triple one's.
